Senior Citizen needs help (800 DPI in Photoshop Elements)
I am attempting to set up the Screen Calipers to measure in MMs my postage stamps scanned in 800dpi in PhotoShop Elements.
I have scanned a MM gauge at 800dpi into PSE . But from this point, I am lost as how to set up a permanent setting for MM on the Screen Calipers.
I have watch videos, try to read instructions, but am still lost. Need step by step instructions - PLEASE.
