caliper, protractor, compass---flicker
Hi
I have Caliper, protractor and Compass. I am trying to use them on top of a logitech webcam picture, when I place any of these on top of the picture they all flicker really bad. I'm using a logitech c910 webcam and windows xp. How do I fix this? Thanks for all help!
