I downloaded Anry Color Picker, Quick HTML Color Picker, and ColorPic a few days ago. Of all of these programs, ColorPic was by far the best one in my opinion. I've been using EyeDropper for a long time and this one blows it out of the water. However, I would suggest a couple revisions - give users the ability to change the order of the palettes in the palette dropdown and give users a key mapping function/the ability to set and change hot keys for various functions (activate, hide, select, deselect, etc.).
